Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted within 5 days from the date of delivery only for eligible products.

Exchange Eligibility:

Exchange requests can be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

Exchanges are applicable for sizing issues and defective/damaged items only.

Exchange requests due to personal reasons will not be accommodated.
Return and Exchange Procedure:

For returns or exchanges, contact Rogue Liberation's customer service team via email at info@rogueliberation within the specified time frames.

Provide necessary details: order ID, reason for return/exchange, and supporting images/videos if applicable.

Our team will review the request and provide further instructions within 24-48 hours.

Images/videos are appreciated for processing returns/exchanges.
Return/Exchange Pickup:

Reverse pickup will be arranged for eligible return/exchange requests.

Customers need to ensure the product is packed securely to prevent damage during transit.

If reverse pickup is unavailable in certain areas, customers will need to self-ship the package to our warehouse.
Refund Policy:

We do not offer refunds of any sort. Please write to us at info@rogueliberation.com to take your case further. Our team will look into the situation and work to give you an apt solution.
Cancellation Policy:

Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.

If cancellation is requested before dispatch, refunds will be initiated per the refund policy.
Note:

The original packaging and tags must accompany all returns/exchanges.

Any signs of wear and tear, removal of tags, or misuse may void the return/exchange eligibility.
